Therefore it is necessary to promote diversity and inclusion,\u200b and offer a work environment that is employee-friendly and fulfilling. The \u201cSustainable Development Goals (SDGs)\u201d adopted at the UN Summit of September 2015 also include goals relating to gender equality, decent work, reduced inequalities and justice for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We promote measures that support the activities of our employees, provide an attractive working environment and respect all employees as individuals. At the same time, we strive to enable everyone in the company to contribute actively and energetically with their diverse values, ideas, skills and experiences to fulfill our slogan \u201cPeace of mind through diagnostic technology.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Diversity and Inclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns column3Menu btm0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.tauns.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/sustainability-office-img01.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>Proportion of female managers: 19.4%<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At TAUNS, the percentage of female full-time employees is 39.8%, and the percentage of female managers is 19.4%. The proposer can serve as a project leader to proceed with the development theme. Our employees are actively engaged in developing products and technologies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"top0\">Promotion of women&#8217;s participation in the workplace<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>TAUNS has formulated a General Employer Action Plan (April 1, 2024 &#8211; March 31, 2027) based on the &#8220;Act on Promotion of Women&#8217;s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace&#8221; in order to realize a society in which women can fully display their individuality and abilities. The employees can also take caregiver leave up to three times within the total of 93 days per family member.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Vacation system<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>We provide various vacation systems such as maternity leave before and after childbirth, special leave for male employees whose spouse gives birth, maternal healthcare leave, sick\/injured child care leave, and caregiver leave.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Short working hour system<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Employees raising children or caring for family members in need of nursing care can use legally mandated short working hour system for childcare and nursing care, as well as our original short working hour system and special working days system.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Flextime system<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Employees can set their own start and end times if they meet certain requirements.<br><br><\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Telework system<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Employees may work from home or other company-approved locations up to three days a week on average per month, subject to certain conditions.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n<h2>Health and Wellbeing of Employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns column3Menu\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.tauns.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/sustainability-office-img09.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>Health and Safety Committee<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Health and Safety Committee meets once a month to maintain the safety and health of employees and to promote the creation of a comfortable work environment. Meeting minutes and lecture by occupational health physicians are shared using groupware.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.tauns.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/sustainability-office-img10.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>Regular health checkups<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company organizes annual medical checkups for employees. The participation rate is 100% every year. If employees are assessed and advised to improve their lifestyle, they can receive detailed health guidance from a public health nurse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.tauns.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/sustainability-office-img11.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>Immunization against infectious diseases<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees who wish to have an influenza vaccination can do so at full company expense. We also offer vaccinations by occupational health physicians at our workplace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.tauns.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/sustainability-office-img12.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>Mental health care<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An annual stress check is provided for all employees. In addition to more than 120 days of holidays per year, there is also regular annual paid leave and five days of refreshment leave per year, with the average number of days taken per year totaling 13.4 days.
